The hospital Faisalabad has been

waiting for.

A 150-bed advanced medical and surgical center is rising on Canal Road – built on one clear belief: quality care should be close to home, and healing begins the moment patients know they are in safe hands.

── Why Faisalabad · Why Now

A city ready to grow with

world-class healthcare

closer to home.

clock tower

Faisalabad is one of Pakistan’s strongest economic engines – a city of nearly eight million, with skilled consultants, ambitious families, and a thriving corporate community. The city is well-served for everyday care. What it now deserves, at the same address, is a single integrated home for the most complex care – the kind families have long had to travel elsewhere to find.

01

World-class doctors, deserving of an integrated tertiary home

Faisalabad’s specialists are among Pakistan’s finest. Until now, they have practiced across fragmented facilities – without a single multidisciplinary hub matched to the depth of their skill

02

Long journeys for the most complex moments

For cardiac procedures, complex surgeries, and high-risk newborns, families still pack into cars and drive for hours. Each journey carries its own quiet cost – financial, emotional, physical. Those journeys can end here.

03

A growing city, with rising expectations

Canal Road and the surrounding industrial corridor have brought new neighbourhoods, new corporate communities, and a clear expectation: that advanced care should be available locally, at the highest standard, without compromise.

04

The right model, already proven

Our hospitals in Sargodha and Bhalwal each reached operational viability within their first year – not by experiment, but by design. Faisalabad now receives that same proven model, refined and elevated for a tertiary scale.

── Our Principles

Five quiet commitments, woven into every decision.

A hospital is built on thousands of small decisions. These principles guide ours – for every patient, doctor, and partner we serve.

──

Here, the hospital works for the people inside it. Not the other way around.

──

Pillar 01

Clinical Excellence

Evidence-based protocols, multidisciplinary case reviews, and safety standards aligned with international benchmarks – present in every decision, visible in every outcome

Pillar 02

Human-Centered Care

Continuity that respects every patient’s story – from the moment they arrive, through their procedure, to long after they leave. Care that listens before it acts.

Pillar 03

Operational Trust

A connected, transparent system where consultants, families, and partners always know where they stand – clear billing, clear pathways, clear communication.

Pillar 04

One Patient, One Record

Every consultation, report, and result connected across the network and ready before the patient is seen. No missing files. No repeated tests. No delays.

Pillar 05

Patient-First Innovation

Modern technology where it serves the patient – smart monitoring, AI-supported diagnostics, integrated theatres – adopted thoughtfully, never for show.

── Facilities & Capabilities

Every specialty, under one address on Canal Road.

A complete tertiary destination – built so that complex care, urgent care, and continuing care can all happen in the same place, with the same standards, by teams who are working together rather than around each other.

Founding Consultants

The first to lead a department here will define what the next 25 years of medicine in Faisalabad look like.

── For Those Who Heal

A hospital that works for the people who work in it.

Many of medicine’s best minds spend their days fighting paperwork as hard as they fight disease. We have set out to change that – by quietly removing what gets in the way, so the work that matters can rise to the surface.

i.

Patients are ready before they arrive

Records, prior investigations, imaging, and lab results are visible the moment a patient is registered – across every facility in the network. The conversation begins with clarity, not catch-up.

ii.

A practice fully supported, never interfered with

Scheduling, billing, HR, OT coordination, and pharmacy are managed centrally – so the focus stays on medicine. Clinical autonomy remains exactly where it belongs: with the consultant.

iii.

Patient flow from day one, not after a long climb

An active referral network, corporate partnerships, insurance panels, and digital acquisition feed the OPD as soon as it opens. Founding consultants step into momentum already in motion.

iv.

A platform for legacy, not just employment

Founding leaders shape their department’s culture, protocols, and team. There is room here for teaching, research, and the kind of long professional life that produces doctors others quote.

"Founding consultant positions are limited. Once these chairs are taken, the opportunity to shape an institution at this scale will not return for another decade."

── NOVOCARE GROUP

One hospital is beginning.

The horizon is Punjab.

Faisalabad is our flagship – but it sits inside something larger. Novocare Group is building a province-wide healthcare ecosystem: a connected network of hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, training institutions, and pharmaceutical capabilities, all designed to work as one. The patient who is treated in Sargodha tomorrow should find their record waiting for them in Multan next year. That continuity is the whole point.

01

A growing network of hospitals

From the Sargodha and Bhalwal hospitals already in operation, to the Faisalabad flagship opening soon, to planned expansion into Gujranwala, Gujrat, and beyond — the goal is at least one Novocare hospital in every division of Punjab.

02

Advanced diagnostics & laboratory centers

A standalone chain of diagnostic and laboratory centers across Punjab – connected to every Novocare hospital, with results that travel with the patient rather than being held at the door.

03

A retail pharmacy chain

Novocare – branded pharmacies across cities and neighbourhoods – bringing reliable supply, fair pricing, and trusted medicines closer to the families who need them.

04

Pharmaceutical manufacturing & distribution

In-house pharmaceutical manufacturing, for both the local market and export – paired with centralised distribution that supplies the network and improves quality, availability, and affordability.

05

Medical & Nursing College

Future medical and nursing colleges, with structured residency, fellowship, and CME programs – training the next generation of clinicians and nurses for the network we are building.

06

Research & clinical trials

Embedded research and clinical trial capacity – so that the medicine practised inside Novocare hospitals is contributing to the medicine being practised everywhere else.

── Questions, Answered

The things everyone is wondering.

For consultants, for families, for partners – the most useful conversations begin with honest answers to the questions that come up most often.

When will the hospital open?

Renovations and clinical fit-out are underway on Canal Road, and we are preparing to open soon. We are intentionally pacing the launch so that systems, teams, and standards are fully in place from day one – rather than rushing to a date and asking patients to forgive the rough edges. To be the first to know when OPDs and admissions go live, leave your contact details below.

Yes. The hospital opens into momentum, not silence. Our patient acquisition system – built from an active GP referral network, corporate tie-ups, insurance panels, and the trust of two established hospitals in Sargodha and Bhalwal — begins feeding the OPD as soon as it goes live. Founding consultants step into a practice that is already in motion.

Completely. Treatment protocols, surgical approaches, and patient management remain fully with the consultant. Our Management Services Organisation handles operations, scheduling, billing, HR, and supply chain – but never clinical decisions. The system is designed to support medicine, not to interrupt it.

That is the entire point of building this institution. Our practices are aligned with international benchmarks, our equipment is internationally sourced, and our consultant recruitment targets FCPS-qualified and internationally trained specialists. The intention is not to be Faisalabad’s largest hospital – it is to be among Pakistan’s most trusted.

Transparently and itemised. Cash-paying patients receive full cost transparency before any procedure. Insurance claims are processed digitally with partnered insurers. A dedicated patient relations team manages all paperwork so the experience stays focused on recovery, not bureaucracy.

Yes. Pre-signed agreements are in place with major insurance providers and corporate employers across Faisalabad’s industrial sector, and Sehat Card and government insurance acceptance is part of the operating model. Specific panel availability will be confirmed at the time of opening.

Three things. Integration – every department is connected by a single record system, so the patient and their information move together. Infrastructure – advanced cardiac, surgical, critical-care, and diagnostic capabilities are present as a complete package, not in fragments. And intent – we are not opening beds. We are building the hospital we hope the city is proud of for the next twenty-five years.
